Our last meeting for 2009-2010 school year will be held on
Friday, June 11th
(5 pm) at El Rancherito Restaurant.
|
|
Teacher Appreciation Day was held on Tuesday, May 4th.
Thanks to Sherri Lewis and Melissa Ezell for organizing the
wonderful luncheon. The PTO and Booster Club appreciate all
the excellent teachers (past and present) at Summersville
Grade School.
|
|
The Booster Club held Awards nights on Thursday May 14th
for Pee Wee (3rd
& 4th
grades) and Friday May 15th
(5th to
8th
grades). All extracurricular activities and clubs were
recognized. THANK YOU to all the teachers, coaches, assistant
coaches and parent volunteers who gave their time this past
year to the students.
PTO Volunteer Awards for
2010 were given to Rebecca Simpson, Sherri Lewis and Melissa
Ezell. Booster Club Volunteer Awards for 2010 were given to
Dave and Ann Farley, Pam Manteufel and Gene Skobel.

The
PTO sponsored the end of the year picnic on Friday, May 21st
with face painting, inflatables, games and much more! Thanks
to all the parent volunteers who helped on picnic day.
